4How we work

From incident to resolution

Immediate assessment

Review of the documents (consignment note, B/L, policy, reservations) and a preliminary answer: whether the case has merit, the applicable deadlines and a fee estimate for our work. Free of charge.

In-depth case review, strategy and pre-action pressure

We define the strategy and assess the matter in depth. A large share of files settle at this stage, after a formal letter of claim is sent to the opposing party by our firm.

Litigation where needed

If the matter cannot be resolved out of court, we litigate before the Spanish courts, Transport Arbitration Boards or in arbitration. We have genuine courtroom experience across hundreds of hearings, defending our clients' interests in complex matters.

5Before the problem

The best claim is the one that never happens

The same specialisation that backs our claims work helps prevent claims before they arise. We work with our clients to protect their operations and avoid — or mitigate — the consequences of any incident before it happens:

Coverage reviews and detection of gaps in insurance policies
Legal risk audits of transport operations
Incident-response protocols and internal claims-handling systems
Legal training for traffic, operations and sales teams
Drafting and review of sale, transport and logistics contracts and booking terms
Sector regulatory compliance reviews

A stable, trusted relationship with our clients. For clients who need ongoing advice, we offer a monthly retainer covering their debt collection and pre-action claims on a continuous basis, with periodic audits and permanent access to counsel, for a fixed fee known in advance.

6Who will handle your case

Transport and trade specialists, not generalists

We believe deep specialisation is the guarantee of an excellent legal service. That is why our entire practice is focused on transport, maritime and insurance law. For anything outside it, we rely on a trusted network of collaborators — ensuring comprehensive advice without ever compromising quality.
